At NeatMellow, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your acquisition, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and efficient resolution.

I. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

From the moment your package is delivered, a 30-day evaluation period begins. To qualify for a compensation or replacement, the merchandise must reach us in "as-new" condition—meaning it must be unused, unwashed, and stored in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all security tags intact. A valid receipt or order confirmation is mandatory for all claims.

II. Initiating a Resolution

To file a request, please email our support desk directly: service@neatmellow.com. Once our team validates your claim:

  1. A pre-authorized return documentation will be issued to you.

  2. We will provide specific logistics instructions for the transit. Note: We cannot process or take responsibility for any parcels sent to our facility without prior written confirmation from our staff.

III. Shipping Discrepancies & Defective Items

We encourage you to inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Should you identify any structural defects, transit damage, or if you received an incorrect variant, notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize these cases to rectify the error at no additional cost to you.

IV. Excluded Merchandise

For legal, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain categories are Non-Refundable:

  • Custom Orders: Any items personalized or manufactured to your specifications.

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Goods: Personal care products, cosmetics, and beauty tools.

  • Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with gift cards.

  • Service Fees: Original shipping costs are non-recoverable.

V. Simplified Exchanges

To get a different item quickly, we recommend a two-step process: return the unwanted product for a refund according to this policy, and simultaneously place a new order on our website for the preferred replacement.

VI. Mandatory Notice for EU Residents

In compliance with European consumer laws, customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. You may cancel your contract within this timeframe without justification, provided the goods meet our standard return conditions.

VII. Reimbursement Timeline

Once your return is inspected at our Hong Kong center, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment source. While we initiate this within 7-10 business days, your banking institution may take longer to reflect the balance. If you haven't seen the credit after 15 business days, please follow up with us at service@neatmellow.com.
