3. Consignment Tracking
Upon dispatch, a notification containing your unique tracking identifier will be sent to your registered email. Tracking data usually synchronizes with the carrier's system within 1–3 business days after the label is generated.
4. Import Responsibilities
International consignments are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any local import taxes, customs duties, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. While such fees are rare for our lifestyle collections, we suggest checking local regulations as NeatMellow cannot influence customs clearance durations.
5. Address Changes & Order Finalization
We initiate the fulfillment sequence rapidly to maintain our delivery schedule. Any requests for address corrections or order withdrawals must be submitted to our support team within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has reached the processing stage, no further modifications can be made.
6. Transit Protection
We stand behind every shipment. If your order encounters issues during its journey, please contact us immediately:
