These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeatMellow website and your purchase of products from NeatMellow. NeatMellow is operated by NOBLE STORM LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Our Online Store
Our online store is hosted using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Account Information
By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under the laws applicable to you, or that you are using our services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors.
Product availability, specifications, packaging and other details may change from time to time. We may discontinue or modify products where reasonably necessary.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other charges, where required, will be displayed or calculated as part of the checkout process.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or other errors. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate before proceeding.
Payment must be successfully authorized using an available payment method before an order can be completed or fulfilled.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment problems, suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or other legitimate business or legal reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no product is supplied, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
For U.S. orders, standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated U.S. delivery is 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information is provided by email after an order ships where tracking is available for the shipment.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
Unless the return relates to a damaged, defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the original order qualified for free standard shipping, we will not deduct the original standard shipping cost from the refund solely because the order is being returned.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@neatmellow.com and provide your order information and clear photos showing the issue.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at service@neatmellow.com.
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has shipped.
10. Intellectual Property
The content available through the NeatMellow website, including our branding, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
